| In China, the accounts receivable and appropriation of enterprises plays a veryimportant role. However, enterprises are burdened with heavy workload in the aspect offinance, which is not conducive to the accounts receivable and funding. With thedevelopment of modern technology, especially the improvement in informationtechnology, the competitiveness of the enterprises also increase accordingly. Therefore,informatization of enterprises has played a decisive role. From the viewpoint ofconstruction enterprises, the information management system of accounts receivableand funding is an important part of enterprise informatization.This thesis mainly focuses on the design of the information system in themanagement of the construction enterprise receivables and funding, the design ofdatabase, and the layout of functional module. This system mainly includes thefollowing sub-function: accounts receivable, accounts receivable to be allocated,information query, and billing summary. The funding management includes basicinformation management-the basic information of the enterprise and the policy,statistical query-enterprise financial statistics of high frequency use and basic businesssimulation-the enterprise allocation process sequencing. In the last, safety managementsystem-the information such as user and the database backup included. By usingsystem, the workload of financial personnel can be greatly reduced and the workefficiency can be improved a lot. This system of the software is based on SSHdevelopment technology. It makes the software realize the function of financialmanagement by taking advantage of its object-oriented development tools.This system can not only reduce the financial personnel’s workload and improve thework efficiency, but brings a change in financial system. This system makes judgmentson the traditional financial model construction units, the project unit and working steps.In addition, it analyzes the logical relations, accounts receivable, and dial accountsreceivable to be allocated. Boldly putting forward the new thought and method, thesystem is aimed to achieve improvement in the key indicators of performanceevaluation such as quality, speed, cost, rate of bad debts such as the key indicators ofperformance evaluation.This thesis mainly discusses the background of the project, the significance of developing the system, the structure of the system and the functional requirements,general design, detailed design, database design, as well as the implementation andwork summary. In the part of the detailed design, each function module is discussed indetail. |
