In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and the Internet of Things,the software industry has also developed rapidly,which has also led to the rapid development of the Internet of Things.Projects and product development have applied automated testing at all stages.Compared with traditional Manual testing can improve test execution efficiency,save time and cost,guarantee test accuracy,and improve the reusability of manual tests.Therefore,automated testing is an indispensable part in the development of large-scale Internet companies and manufacturing product testing.Unlike large-scale Internet companies,most manufacturing industries need to focus testing on actual products,especially Io T products such as smart home.It is necessary to test one by one its functions and performance.At present,most Io T and terminal products have multimedia interfaces.The USB interface is an indispensable part.How to test large quantities of USB devices of different models and manufacturers has become an urgent problem for enterprises today.The main research contents of this article include:(1)Analyzes the background and research status of the automated test and related hardware equipment in detail,expounds the principle of USB communication technology,and studies the test efficiency improvement plan in conjunction with the project of the partner company.(2)Designed a USB switch with a high switching ratio.Based on the clear main functions,the modular design was completed,and the hardware components were also thoroughly investigated to reduce the signal error of the single board circuit.On this basis,a USB switcher with a 1:32 switching ratio was successfully developed,which provided hardware guarantee for USB mass test.(3)New test tools are used in automated testing,and the current automated test script is refactored with a new development language,and the automated test results are optimized accordingly,which greatly reduces the automated test time.
