With the gradual improvement of the society's informatization,the scale of the telecommunications network continues to expand,and the operation and maintenance workload of inspection cables and optical cables has also increased significantly,and the contradictions between inspection personnel and cable equipment have become increasingly prominent.Today's inspection methods rely on manpower too much,it is difficult to avoid errors and omissions caused by human initiative issues,and it is not possible to avoid communication accidents caused by optical cable failures in a timely manner.At present,the main function of the telecommunications company's information management system is to distribute and record inspection tasks,and it has not fundamentally changed the inspection methods of optical cables.Aiming at the inefficiency caused by the manual inspection method of the traditional optical cable inspection,by designing a drone to replace the manual inspection,real-time aerial inspection of roads,video and pictures and other data information,and then the background server efficiently identifies the danger in the aerial pictures Alarm information,a system that generates alarm reports,efficiently assists optical cable inspection personnel in solving work problems.The UAV optical cable inspection system adopts the B/S architecture model.The system includes a background Web server,a mobile phone terminal,and a UAV inspection terminal.It adopts a three-terminal collaborative working mode.The back-end web server is built with the industry's most popular enterprise-level J2 EE solution SSM;the drone uses the Hi Silicon HI3518 E chip,which uses the chip's H.264 encoder to encode the collected aerial video,and the EC20's 4G module is mounted on the body Transfer your own flight data and the collected aerial images to the server,and identify the aerial pictures based on the yolov3 algorithm to generate an alarm.Adopting the Mina network communication framework,based on the Mav Link protocol,the drone communication protocol is independently designed to build and communicate with the drone,and the message push is completed based on the Socket and Web Socket protocols.The front-end display page is written using Ali's React-based open source solution Ant design and developed using Ali's Gaode map as the basic component.The mobile terminal uses the SUI framework to build Android mobile applications.Data storage uses Redis and My SQL as multi-level storage arrays to meet different business needs.Through the test of the inspection system for the optical fiber cable of the drone,the system has fulfilled the expected requirements,and has been approved by the enterprise and a good response from the line maintenance staff during the use of the enterprise.By combining drone and image recognition technology,this system fundamentally changes the inspection method of the optical cable line,greatly improves the efficiency of daily maintenance of the optical cable,and also simplifies the management process of the inspection work.
