As the fast developing of the machine-vision technology, the monitoring equipments based on CCDs have been widely used. The UVIS, as the important role in the security monitoring field area, is used in many situations. These kinds of low cost and high performance equipments are basic needs in security monitoring field area. Althouth the products based on linear array CCD have been on sale, due to its high cost, its price is much higher than that of aerial CCD. So to reduce the cost of Similar systems and find a low-cost and high-performance method has become a popular subject.The main purpose of this thesis is to research the under vehicle inspection method based on aerial array cameras that will be used to instead the system that used linear CCD. The works include:(1) An under vehicle inspection method based aerial array cameras is developed. This method conquers the being-used products' disadvantage by using the feature that the aerial CCD can produce a whole image one time.(2) According to the features of this method, this thesis develops a method to improve the image registration precision and finally optimize the method efficiency.(3) Based on the system operational principle, the function of system is analyzed, the parts of system are selected and the hardware system is designed. The functional modules of system software are accomplished with the Visual C++ technique.(4) Develop an illuminance compensate method to improve the image quality.
