Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Management System For A Media Consulting Company In The Communication Industry

The blowout development of Internet technology has promoted the emergence of a large number of new forms of business.The use of information technology to support the development of business has become the only way to keep up with The Times,and the communication industry is one of them.The project of communication enterprises is different from that of traditional enterprises.The characteristics of different project sizes and various types bring difficulties to enterprise management,and the traditional enterprise management software is no longer applicable.In order to improve the ability of communication enterprises to cope with the changing market environment,improve their internal management level and enhance their market competitiveness,it is particularly important to design an enterprise resource management information system based on the characteristics of the communication industry.Based on the actual research and development project of a media consulting company in Beijing,this paper aims for designing a set of information management system for the communication of enterprises after fully understanding the requirements of enterprises and relevant business processes.The system design process is carried out in strict reference to the optimized "grouping" development method,which is the iterative development of the interface design in the life cycle method with the idea of prototype method.This method improves the user participation and thus improves the efficiency and success rate of large r&d projects.The system design and realization covers the business system,the cooperation office system,the report center,the financial center including 7 system functional areas.Based on requirements analysis,module design content,design and interactive testing on 76 interfaces,it utilizes Axure to reduce massive maintenance procedures prior to the conduction of design and coding.This system is based on the mainstream open source framework Spring Boot for research and development,the original C/S architecture software is updated to B/S architecture software,enterprise paperless,mobile office.The analysis and design method and technical route used in this paper can well satisfy the research and development of large scale systems in enterprises.While improving the system development efficiency and success rate,it also provides new management mode and more convenient operation experience for enterprise users.
