The test instruments used in traditional inertial navigation tests are too complex,large in size,and singular in function.In response to this problem,this paper designs a virtual instrument based on the customizable hardware board to simulate the signal of the inertial measurement component,and writes the test software system on the industrial computer.It can be very much through the inertial navigation simulator and automatic test system.Quickly and automatically test whether the function module of inertial navigation is correct or not.This paper is mainly based on inertial navigation simulator.After the actual engineering experiment demonstration,the main design content of this paper is determined.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,the algorithm of inertial navigation simulator is analyzed,including the simulation of carrier trajectory,inertial navigation inverse solving algorithm and strapdown inertial navigation algorithm analysis.Inertial navigation measuring equipment is inconvenient to use and the test cost is also high.According to the characteristics of strapdown inertial navigation and the trajectory of the carrier,the trajectory information of the carrier motion is simulated and simulated,and the carrier trajectory information is simulated to pass the strap.The inverse solution algorithm of inertial navigation converts the position information into information of the gyroscope and acceleration of the inertial measurement component.Finally,the analyzed gyroscope and acceleration information are used as inputs to obtain the attitude angle information of the solution through the strapdown navigation algorithm.The comparison between the two can be used to obtain an error within an acceptable range.Then,the data of the inertial measurement component through the algorithm is simulated by the hardware board of the virtual instrument to simulate the real signal output,and the navigation circuit board test system is written on the LabVIEW software platform,and the test system realizes the upper computer and the circuit board through the serial port.The data transmission between the two,and then the data calculated by the navigation board is compared with the predetermined data to test the function of the navigation board.After that,the report is generated and the test data is stored.Finally,the related content of the design is tested.The experimental results show that the inertial navigation simulator can effectively realize the signal simulation output of the inertial navigation test components,and the inertial simulator-based test system can test the navigation circuit in large quantities conveniently and quickly.Board,the actual engineering verification of inertial navigation is of great significance.
