The electronic file of some unit is more dispersive,it lacks the file centralized management mode.This situation causes many problems in file-sharing mode,such as file access can not be controlled,file operation rights can not be managed,etc.the thesis takes this as the background to solve enterprises and institutions in the independent network environment,electronic documents are shared.The system is designed and implemented through electronic document library management,OA document collection management,security certification management,document access management and other processes.the application of this system can fully realize the efficient exchange and safe storage of electronic documents of the unit and department.An application of electronic file sharing is provided.In this thesis,enterprises and institutions are required to exchange and store electronic documents.An electronic document exchange and storage system is built,and electronic document library management,OA document collection management,security certification management,document access management and so on are integrated into the system.Firstly,the thesis starts from the problems existing in the exchange and storage of current electronic documents.The system objectives are analyzed.the management of electronic file library and the collection of documents of OA system were analyzed,while the functions of security authentication management and document access control management involved in the use of electronic documents were analyzed,The framework,physical structure,and database of the system are designed after the analysis of electronic document exchange storage is completed.the through the class diagram,sequence diagram,each function module is designed in detail,which provides the basis for the realization of the system,Then,Java EE frame is adopted,SQ L Server is adopted,electronic file library management,OA file collection management,security authentication management,file access management modules are implemented.Then,the system functions and performance were tested by selecting test cases on some typical functions.the results showed that the system achieved the goal of electronic document information exchange and storage under the independent network environment,and the system ran safely and stablythe electronic document information exchange and storage system based on the independent network can be used in the management and sharing of electronic documents in large enterprises and institutions.the safekeeping and exchange of electronic documents and data is guaranteed to be efficient.
