With the rapid development of China's information construction,a large number of government affairs work completed by manual labor in the past have gradually realized electronization,paperless and informatization.A large number of business application systems have been built in the e-government network of Party and government organs,enterprises and institutions,providing good digital services for business workers and managers.However,with the explosive development of information construction,due to the lack of standardized resource management standards and design concepts,the existing business application systems are designed and implemented in terms of user management,authorization management and identity authentication according to the general mode and the concept of various manufacturers,forming a variety of information resource management and use methods.Business application system managers in different units need to face different application systems and use different configuration management methods to manage the same set of personnel information,application information and authority information.Moreover,due to the different management methods of user information stored in each application system,it is easy to have different settings of the same person's information in different systems.In this case,it is urgent to build a unified management and use system for all kinds of resource data.This paper puts forward the concept of unified resource management service,which takes the unified management of resources as the means and provides resource services as the system goal,striving to realize the unified management and service of user information,application system information and user authorization information.Through the design of resource code and resource storage form,the reasonable planning and storage of resource data in the system can be realized.Through the linkage between design and application system,the resource push function is planned,and the automatic resource push is carried out according to the set rules,and the changed resource data is pushed to the application system in time to achieve the development goal of unified resource management and unified service.The unified resource service system developed in this paper is applied to the party and government network with high performance requirements.Therefore,a three-tier technical architecture based on Netty framework,Redis cache technology and database storage technology is designed to improve the service performance of the system.The upper layer uses system logic processing to analyze and process business data.The middle layer uses Netty framework to forward network data with high throughput and low delay.The bottom layer uses Redis cache technology with relational database to realize the memory cache readwrite and magnetic disk storage of data files.For the traditional web service architecture,this technology architecture has the characteristics of fast connection speed,small business access delay,less physical database read and write,and has certain advantages in business service performance.The system adapts the operating system,database,middleware and access plug-in for the localization environment,and can run normally in the localization environment.The main advantages and highlights of the system are embodied in the close connection with the application system.Business application system integrates the unified resource service interface program provided by the system,which can directly receive,store and process the resource information pushed by the system.It realizes the unified coding,management and use of user information,application system information and user authorization information,avoids a lot of repeated development and management work,and ensures the uniqueness of resource data in the network And freshness.This paper also provides a theoretical and practical basis for the unified authorization and unified login portal of the application system,and has a certain reference value for the realization of the unified trust service under the network environment.
