The traditional control system is to centrally manage sensors,controllers and actuators,the way of connection is point-to-point physical connection.As field devices increase and cabling becomes more complicated,the system is also complicating and the performance of the system becomes worse.But network control system is a closed-loop control system which formed by connecting nodes through the network,each node communicates through the network.The networked control system is widely used in the field of industrial control.Because of its own advantages,networked control system has attracted much attention,but everything has two sides,due to the introduction of the network,the design of the network control system is more complicated,and how to connect the controlled object into the network,how to solve the delay and packet loss problems have become a hot topic in current research.This paper designed a network control system experiment platform,the controlled object is a DC motor.The system consists of three parts:server program,controller program and controlled object subsystem.This article designs the system through two parts:software part and hardware part.The software part includes server program design and controller program design,which are respectively introduced from the functions,interface design and work flow.The hardware part is to design the ARM9 embedded of the controlled subsystem,using S3C2410 as a microprocessor,it is also the core of the whole hardware part.At the same time,CS8900 is selected as the Ethernet chip,and designing the power circuit,A/D and D/A conversion circuit,serial circuit and so on.Due to the introduction of the network in the experimental system,inevitably,there will be problems such as network delay,data loss and so on.This article has conducted an in-depth study on the time delay problem in experimental systems.This paper uses robust H? control algorithm to compensate the network delay,using the linear matrix inequality approach to design a robust controller that satisfies certain performance indexes,and using Truetime toolbox for simulation.Finally,using Matlab write Robust control algorithm program and generate the DLL file,which is loaded into the network control system to realize the DC motor control.Experiments show that the Robust control algorithm has good control effect and can effectively eliminate the influence of delay on the network control system.
