With the rapid development of domestic market economy and technology,people's living standard has been constantly improved.But at the same time,with the change of work and lifestyle,people's demand for daily necessities began to diversify.With the diversification of people's demand for agricultural products,the time from the origin of products to the end customer is getting shorter and shorter,and the traditional high-volume,small-batch logistics distribution model has been unable to adapt to the complex and changeable logistics distribution needs.Regional economic integration at the same time,factors such as dynamic and diversified customer demand,to make fundamental changes have taken place in the logistics distribution,logistics distribution began to develop in the direction of small batch,batches,the change of the distribution area and the needs of customers at the same time makes the enterprise more fuzzy distribution area,cross regional distribution and joint distribution phenomenon has become increasingly frequent.How to meet the needs of customers and guarantee the quality but reduce the cost at the same time in the national or even the global scope is the main research direction of agricultural product sales and distribution.Therefore,aiming at the development trend of small batch and multiple batches of agricultural products in the distribution process,this paper introduces the joint distribution strategy by comprehensively considering the problems of multiple logistics companies,multi-depot and low vehicle loading rate in the region.An optimization model of agricultural product vehicle path based on joint distribution was established.According to the uniqueness of the model,an improved artificial colony algorithm was designed to solve the problem.Finally,it is verified by a numerical example.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the relevant theories involved in the vehicle routing problem of multi-type and multi-depot under the joint distribution mode,this paper analyzes the research status of agricultural products logistics distribution,and puts forward the research ideas and contents of this paper.On this basis,related concepts and research results of vehicle routing problems related to multi-type and multi-depot under the joint distribution are introduced to provide theoretical basis for subsequent research.Secondly,the vehicle path optimization model of multi-type and multi-depot foragricultural products based on joint distribution is established.Before modeling,customer satisfaction is combined with time penalty cost through customers' requirements on delivery service time and time tolerance,so that customer satisfaction can be quantified as cost,which facilitates the analysis of enterprises.At the same time,the scope of joint distribution is further expanded from the previous joint distribution between multi-depot of the same enterprise to the joint distribution between multi-depot of different enterprises.Taking into account the components of the cost of the joint distribution of agricultural products,the formula of the cost of the joint distribution among different enterprises is given,and the cost function of the joint distribution is established.On the basis of the above research,the vehicle path optimization model based on multi-type and multi-depot based on joint distribution is established,which takes the Shared cost and cargo damage cost of joint distribution as the minimum total distribution cost and the highest loading rate into consideration.Then,based on the analysis of the common vehicle routing algorithms,through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm and the characteristics of the model in this paper,the artificial bee colony algorithm with few control parameters,high solution accuracy,strong search performance and few requirements on the objective function and constraint conditions is selected.In view of the shortcomings of the algorithm in solving the vehicle routing problem and the needs of the model in this paper,improved strategies such as encoding and decoding,evaluation function and reverse learning are introduced,and an improved artificial bee colony algorithm which can effectively solve the model in this paper is proposed.Finally,the proposed model and the designed algorithm are validated,and the optimal vehicle path scheme with minimum cost is obtained.Through comparative analysis,the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and the improved algorithm are verified.
