The general catalogue of the Si Ku Quan Shu is an index book that compiled by scholars represented by JI Yun in Qing Long dynasty for scholars to facilitate reference,which represents the highest achievements of Chinese official catalogue.The content of general narration,small preface,summary,record and notes in the general catalog is rich,which mot only narrates the classification principle of the general catalog in detail,but also expounds the process of academic evolution at all levels.However,due to the current academic research on general narration,small order and summary is more extensive,but the research on record and note is relatively few.Therefore,this paper will do a specialized and systematic research on Introductory Notes and Annotation of Si Ku Quan Zong Mu.This paper will take Dian edition of Zong Mu for research objects.First of all,this paper discusses the compilation process of the general heading and analyzes the content of the recorded words and annotations,so as to lay a foundation for in-depth understanding of the recorded words and annotations in the general heading.Secondly,the author sorts out and analyzes the recorded words and annotations in thegeneral heading,and then studies the types and characteristics of recorded words and annotations.Thirdly,relevant materials are collected to analyze the similarities and differences between recorded words and annotations in different versions of the general catalog,to identify the reasons for similarities and difference,and to revise the different texts.Finally,because the record language and note language reflect the academic thought at that time to some extent,the value and shortage of the record language and note language are investigated from the angle of academic thought.
