Research On The Co-construction Mode And Strategy About Red Cultural Resources Of Libraries,Archives And Museums

Developed countries such as Europe and the United States have taken the lead in developing the practice of inter-library cooperation among libraries,archives,museums.Along with the development of the National Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project,China has also brought in the inter-agency of inter-library cooperation among libraries,archives,museums and other cultural institutions.Entering a new era,the red cultural resources are paid more attention by the Party Central Committee than ever before,and promoted to a new height.As the characteristic resources of our country,red culture resources not only have common characters with other resources,but also have their own characteristics.The information characteristics of red cultural resources bring about changes in the way of information organization,which also challenges the mode and strategy of the LAM in the process of the common construction of red cultural resources.Therefore,this paper will from the perspective of LAM inter-library cooperation,and taking the red cultural resources as the subject,and explore the co-construction mode and co-construction strategy of the red cultural resources.This paper through the combination of network research and field research investigates the libraries,archives,museums of all provinces and provinces in China,as well as the city libraries,archives,museums and other institutions with rich red cultural resources,in order to grasp the current situation and existing problems of the co-construction of the red cultural resources among the LAM,so as to focus on the mode and strategy of the co-construction of the red cultural resources among the LAM.After that,some thoughts and suggestions are put forward to optimize the five services of education,strengthening the army,political consultation,culture and tourism.The core work and innovation of this paper includes the following two aspects:First,combined with the relevant theories,this paper attempts to put forward the co-construction mode of "multi-institution cooperation+subject-based collaboration+multi-source fusion" of the red cultural resources among the LAM.Among them,"multi-institution cooperation" defines the subject of co-construction,namely libraries,archives,museums and other social forces;"subject-based cooperation" indicates the content of co-construction,namely there are six thematic constructions:red characters,red stories,red spirit,red relics,important events and important activities;"multi-source fusion" provides the way of co-construction,namely there are six ways:joint construction of thematic library,joint organization of thematic exhibition,joint shooting of thematic films,joint construction of thematic website,joint compilation and research,and joint publication.Second,the paper focus on the problems in collection,information organization,guarantee and other aspects in the co-construction process of the red cultural resources among the LAM,and give the corresponding co-construction strategies from these three aspects.The paper believes that the specific measures,such as formulating the joint collection scheme of red cultural resources,expanding the collection source channels of red cultural resources,unifying the information organization standards of red cultural resources,building the theme model of red cultural resources,formulating the rules and regulations for the co-construction of red cultural resources,collectively broadening the funding support channels,and jointly training of professional and technical talents,can effectively promote the construction of red cultural resources.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,a theoretical system can be built for the co-construction mode and strategy of the red cultural resources of the library,rich the theory of co-construction and sharing of information resources,provide some theoretical references for the practice of co-construction and sharing of information resources,accelerate the pace of co-construction and sharing of red cultural resources,promote the inheritance and development of red culture in China,and enhance the cultural confidence of Chinese citizens.
