With the increasing diversification and personalization of consumer demand,the traditional manufacturing system is more and more difficult to meet the requirements of customized products,small batch or even single piece production.With the continuous development of manufacturing,manufacturing technology and manufacturing systems,the complexity of the manufacturing process requires that the manufacturing entities such as the manufacturing resources and equipments of the system have a certain degree of automation and intelligence,therefore it is necessary to realize the autonomous perception,judgment,decisionmaking and autonomous learning of the manufacturing subject.Currently traditional manufacturing system is gradually moving towards the direction of intelligent manufacturing system which is an organic manufacturing system composed of multi manufacturing entities distributed.There is a high degree of coupling between different manufacturing subjects which complete the system task together through mutual cooperation and group decision making.Therefore,it is required that the subjects of the manufacturing system can cooperate with each other better according to the state of themselves and system to make group collaborative decomposition decision making to achieve the coordination between them.The related problem of the multi intelligent manufacturing subjects and collaborative perception is discussed and studied in this paper from the aspects of the definition and modeling research of the intelligent manufacturing subject,the model of CPS-Agent and the manufacturing system,and the problem of multi manufacturing agent cooperative sensing is described,thus laied the foundation for the realization of its modeling.For the problem of modedling of multi-agent collaborative sensing,the mechanism of the centralized and distributed system is compared and analyzed,and the multi intelligent manufacturing agent collaborative sensing mechanism based on Stigmergy is studied which is applied to solve the problem of multi-agent collaborative decision making to draw forth the distributed collaborative sensing problem.On the basis of the investigation of the popular distributed system recently,sufficient analysis and study for the distributed system Storm and Hadoop is taked,then merged them to form a hybrid distributed system named Strom-Hadoop distributed cluster system,and the multi agent collaborative sensing framework based on CPS-Agent and Storm-Hadoop is built.In order to solve the problem of multi physical domain information fusion,the multi domain information fusion method of the intelligent manufacturing agent based on ANN is analyzed,the multi domain information of the intelligent manufacturing subject is described and the method of acquiring and processing of the information of the intelligent manufacturing agent is discussed,then the simulation research of multi domain information fusion based on ANN which lays the foundation for multi intelligent manufacturing subject group collaborative decision task decomposition has been carried out.For the problem of multi agent collaborative group decision making such as task decomposition and allocation,the research of the method of group collaborative decision making of multi intelligent manufacturing agents based on the Stigmergy cooperation mechanism is studied particularly,and the design and principle of the algorithm in detail is described,then the simulation research and obtained the satisfactory result has been carried out.Finally,based on the related theories and algorithms mentioned above,the Storm-Hadoop cluster is built and the prototype system is designed by using of Visual Stdio 2012,then the simulation test verification for the multi domain information fusion and system group collaborative decision making has been carried out and the corresponding results are obtained,finally the results are summarized and analyzed,thus multi agents cooperative state awareness and task coordination based on the ant colony Stigmergy and ANN proposed by the paper is realized.
