In recent years,5G technology has set off a new wave of technology in the world.5G technology is not only the improvement of network speed,but also the cornerstone of the whole society to digital transformation.As the carrier of 5G technology development,the antenna receives wide attention.Under the background that 5G technology requires antenna miniaturization,low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)technology is one of the main methods of antenna production because of its small size,low loss,and easy integration.In this article,a dual-band zigzag line LTCC antenna with center resonant frequencies of 3.50GHz and 4.85GHz is designed first.The influence of the antenna structure layout and the zigzag line structure of the lower radiating antenna end on the antenna electromagnetic coupling effect and bandwidth is studied.In order to meet the needs of 5G applications,this article optimizes on the basis of this antenna,and successfully designs a LTCC zigzag line antenna that is applied to both 5G and WLAN dual bands.The horizontal zigzag structure is added in the middle of the lower zigzag line structure.By controlling the length of the zigzag structure,the effective path length of the current flowing through the antenna surface is adjusted.The resonance frequency of the antenna is changed to expand the application range of the antenna.At the same time,the capacitance and inductance loaded between the antennas are changed by adjusting the height difference and relative coincidence between the antennas and other factors.The radiation performance of the antenna is optimized and the transmission gain of the antenna is improved.Finally,the two center resonance frequencies of the antenna are determined to be 4.87 GHz and 5.53 GHz,and the operating bandwidth is 160 MHz and 360 MHz respectively.Tests show that the performance of the antenna is very excellent,in line with the application requirements of 5G technology.At present,the low-frequency network segment becomes very crowded and the mobile communication technology is toward the high-frequency network.Therefore,this article finally designs a three-layer LTCC zigzag line antenna for ultra-high frequency band.The impedance matching of the antenna is improved to some extent by adjusting the effective radiation width of the antenna and other parameters.The working bandwidth of the antenna is 570MHz,450MHz,15 0MHz respectively,which greatly increases LTCC antenna bandwidth.The antenna has a gain of 4.57dBi at the 13.80GHz frequency band,which is more in line with the basic requirements of long-distance wireless communication.The antenna matrix material selected in this article is Mg3B2O6-LMBS ceramic glass material with relative dielectric constant of 6.5 and loss tangent tan?=0.000311905.When the sintering temperature reaches 950?,the material exhibits excellent microwave dielectric properties,which is very suitable to produce LTCC antennas.With the globalization of 5G technology,miniaturized,multiband LTCC antennas have very broad development prospects.
