Objective Bambuterol hydrochloride(BAM)is a?2-receptor agonist and is clinically used to treat diseases such as hypertension,bronchial obstruction,emphysema,and chronic tuberculosis.At present,the methods commonly used at home and abroad to detect bambuterol hydrochloride include high performance liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,spectrophotometry,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance.These instruments have a wide range of applications,accurate test results,and have great significance for the detection of Bambuterol hydrochloride.However,further research found that these detection methods take a long time,high cost,the sample preparation is complicated and has limitations.Therefore,it is very important to establish a low-cost,high-sensitivity,simple and rapid method for detecting bambuterol hydrochloride.In this paper,a bambuterol hydrochloride selective electrode was prepared to detect the content of bambuterol hydrochloride,and various electrochemical properties of the electrode were discussed.On this basis,graphene oxide was also prepared in this paper,and a graphene oxide modified electrode was constructed for the determination of bambuterol hydrochloride.And compared with the electrode without nano-material modification,it provides theoretical reference for further expanding the research and application of nano-material graphene oxide in electrochemical sensor.Methods The association complex was formed by reaction of bambuterol hydrochloride with sodium tetraphenylborat to prepare carbon paste electrode and coated wire ion-selective electrode.Meanwhile,preparation of nano-graphene oxide,using graphene oxide as a modifier to prepare graphene oxide-bambuterol hydrochloride-sodium tetraphenylborate modified electrode.And these electrodes prepared above were used to determine the content of bambuterol hydrochloride using potential analysis and electrochemical properties of these electrodes were measured and discussed.Results The linear response range of the prepared bambuterol hydrochloride carbon paste electrode for the determination of bambuterol hydrochloride is from 1.0×10-1to 1.0×10-5mol/L,and the lower detection limit is 5.4×10-6mol/L.The range potential is 34.3 m V/p C.The linear response range of the prepared coated wire PVC membrane ion-selective electrode is from 1.0×10-1to 1.0×10-5mol/L,the detection limit is 5.0×10-6mol/L,and the range potential is 31.0m V/p C.The linear response range of the prepared GO@BAM-TPB modified electrode is from 1.0×10-1to 1.0×10-6mol/L,the detection limit is 3.4×10-7mol/L,and the range potential is 42.4 m V/p C.The three types of selected electrodes were applied to the detection of bambuterol hydrochloride in actual samples,and the results were not significantly different from the standard method.Conclusions In this paper,Bambuterol hydrochloride carbon paste electrode,ordinary wire-coated electrode and GO@BAM-TPB modified membrane electrode have been prepared.It has been confirmed that all three electrodes can be used in the detection of actual samples,and have high selectivity,good stability and low cost.Among them,GO@BAM-TPB modified membrane electrode has the shortest response time,the lowerest detection limit,the widest linear response range and applicable range of p H,and generally better performance than other electrodes.Our study provides a new reference for the rapid detection of bambuterol hydrochloride in actual samples.
