With the rapid popularity of mobile communication equipments, the development of the Internet of Things(IoTs)has also entered the fast lane. However,in the field of the Internet of Things(IoTs),with the increase in the number of mobile terminal devices connected to the network, how to make rational use of the limited spectrum resources becomes particularly important. The emergence and development of Deviceto-Device(D2D)communication technology can well solve the contradiction between the increasing number of user access and the limited spectrum resources faced by IoT.Therefore,in this paper,we study the IoT resource allocation problem based on D2D technology. This paper mainly carried out two works. In the first work,as for a scenario where a cellular user can share resources with multiple IoT transmission pairs and use only one spectrum resource,we consider the impact of spectrum characteristics on communication transmission, and jointly optimize the resource sharing relationship and spectrum resource allocation between IoT transmission pairs and cellular users to maximize the total rate of cellular users and IoT transmission pairs.Based on the above mathematical modeling of the resource optimization problem,we propose a two-step iterative method to solve the optimization problem.First,we cluster the IoT transmission pairs, and then use the Hungarian algorithm to obtain the optimal spectrum resource allocation scheme under the current clustering. Then,we use the idea of cooperative game to adjust the clustering of IoT transmission pairs, and through continuous iteration,we get a better clustering of IoT transmission pairs and the optimal spectrum resource allocation scheme under the clustering. The simulation results show that the performance of this algorithm is not much different from that of the best exhaustive search algorithm, and is obviously better than other algorithms. In the second work,we expand the first research work.We consider the scenario where a cellular user can use multiple spectrum resource blocks, consider the impact of spectrum characteristics on communication transmission, and further discuss the optimization problem of the first task. For this scenario,we use the ant colony algorithm to get a better spectrum resource allocation scheme when cellular users and IoT transmission are given to the cluster.Simulation results show that the performance of the new algorithm is better than that of other algorithms and can improve the spectral efficiency of IoT.
