In recent years, the IT infrastructure of many enterprises has undergone tremendous changes due to the rapid development of cloud computing. With the widespread use of cloud servers, the number of providers of cloud services has increased year by year. Many companies will consider buying a public cloud service from multiple vendors to deploy their own business systems from a cost-effective and secure perspective, which requires managing multiple cloud servers simultaneously. This paper designs and implements a cross-cloud management system to provide a unified cloud server management portal and operating environment for enterprise users. The paper discusses the key issues in the cross-cloud management system and gives the design and implementation process of the cross-cloud management system.Based on the discussion of cross-cloud management issues, the paper analyzes the needs of different user roles in detail. In the system design part, the overall framework design of the cross-cloud management system, the detailed design of the core function modules and the database design are given. In the system implementation part, the RESTful Web API built by SpringBoot is used as an API adapter to unify the API of various cloud vendors,so as to achieve the purpose of integrating multi-vendor supervision functions. The system performs Web development with a hierarchical architecture of the Grails framework, and the two combine to achieve the requirements of cross-cloud management.Use the Echarts plugin to visualize the current and historical performance status data of the cloud instance and implement multi-granular performance monitoring and early warning. The ability to monitor real-time cloud instances is done with the Quartz open source job scheduling framework. Finally, according to the design scheme in the paper, the development and implementation achieve the goal of the expected design. After testing, the whole system can run normally and stably. The system is open, providing support for cloud server management that is more compatible with more cloud service providers in the future.
