With the gradual aggravation of the market competition of the In vitro diagnosis industry and the government policy support,it has been gradually formed a four import brand as the first echelon,the domestic major competitors followed by the pattern of competition.In order to extend solutions and improve the customer experience for enhance the competitiveness of manufacturers;the products of vendors are no longer limited to the analyzer instruments,reagents and customer goods.On the contrary,supporting equipment,industrialization,automation,information technology and other modern science and technology supporting more and more be taken into the laboratory and the stage of rapid development.Abbott diagnostics middleware system Instrument Manager(hereinafter referred to as "middleware")is one of the information products.The middleware launched in China for three years,which as the auxiliary equipment bundled with automated systems sale together.But the market survey results show that the middleware has the feasib ility of independent sales,and has great value and market potential.The original market strategy is narrow the product's market space,but also from the original intention of the product development.However,to determine whether a prod uct can have market space,it not only determined by the product itself,but also by external industry factors,market economy factors,and internal factors such as enterprise.Therefore,the study based on the existing market analys is and customer survey to discuss whether the product has a greater market space,find the right sales model and according to the new sales model to make a comprehensive adjustment of the product marketing strategy,and how to implement a series of new marketing strategy.Research shows that the middleware products have the feasib ility of independent marketing,and has a huge market potential.The correct adjustment of marketing strategy and the strict implementation of the protection of the product play a vital role of the future development prospects of independent marketing...
