In recent years,LED light efficiency and light quality have been cotinuously improved,but this is simply a replacement for traditional lamps,which only exerts its high efficiency and long life.However,LED's intelligent and controllable technology The advantage is not getting the ingredients to play.The so-called LED intelligentization is a control system that can realize effective management by integrating modern digital control technology.One of the key technologies of intelligent lighting is the research and design of LED illumination light engines with continuously adjustable color temperature and brightness.In this paper,a new LED color temperature and brightness continuous adjustable scheme using structured fluorescent film is designed for the problem of complex light color adjustable LED structure and low integration.The structured fluorescent film is used in the integrated package.Light color control is implemented on the LED for intelligent lighting applications.The structured fluorescent film surface type adopts(1)two kinds of phosphors alternately arranged in a planar shape,(2)a fluorescent film thickness structured arrangement type,and(3)a fluorescent film shape structured arrangement curved surface type.The simulation software was used to simulate the structure of the structured fluorescent film LED,and the fabrication process of the structured fluorescent film was proposed.The experimental test was completed.By adjusting the duty cycle of the cold and warm white LED,the color temperature of 3500K-6500 K was continuously adjustable.In this study,the structured fluorescent film is used to realize the light color control on the single LED of the integrated package,which solves the problems of large size and low integration of the traditional color temperature adjustable LED,and can be used as reference for future color temperature adjustable LED research. |
