In the contemporary international community,scientific and technological innovation has become a key factor determining a country's prosperity,progress and success in a complex international competitive environment.It is of great strategic significance for China to build an innovation-oriented country and promote the construction of a national innovation system with Chinese characteristics,and to realize the Chinese Dream of the great revival at an early date.How to quickly and accurately identify scientific and technological innovation path from scientific text is one of the hot topics in the current intelligence science research.In the field of science and technology innovation path identification,citation analysis method,text analysis and citation analysis method,etc.,are widely used in the identification of different disciplines in the field of science and technology innovation path,to research science and technology development trend.However,the citation analysis method ignores the content of the paper.Although the text content analysis method is deeply with text content,but lacks the natural citation path;The analysis method of citation content has the problems of poor readability and heavy operation of data format machine.With the development of the full-text available database,makes in-depth theme quotation content representation,understanding and strengthen the citation network information display possible.To a certain extent,make up for the inadequacy of the original method.Based on the European life sciences full-text database(Europe PMC)aging as a data source in the field of paper,the integrated use of citation content extraction,subject,identification and visual analysis techniques,such as identify can reflect scientific knowledge creation and the development of science and technology innovation path.The main research is :(1)the subject characterization research based on citation content analysis.First of all,extract citation data such as the content and location,and then use TF-IDF,C-value,the two methods respectively,the subject identification and the content of the citation theme characterization content comprehensive advantages.In the end,the method of using PLDA time the content of the quotation for 2010-2016 points is used to identify the theme and result interpretation.(2)technological innovation path identification and visualization research based on citation content analysis.Create the evolution of science and technology innovation path based on citation content subject and theme based on citation network to enhance scientific and technological innovation path two visual map to render the development of science and technology route and cutting-edge technology to forecast analysis.Research results show that the proposed technological innovation path identification method based on citation content analysis can effectively identify the anti-aging technology innovation path,help to accurately analyze the process of creating and developing scientific knowledge in this field,can provide information for decision making of science and technology,promote the related areas to accelerate the scientific and technological innovation.However,this paper only USES the journal citation network,and will carry out the research of multi-dimensional technology innovation path from different data sources.
