The antenna is a very important part of the modern radar.The design and production of the antenna need to be tested repeatedly on the results,to test whether it meets the requirements.In recent years,the test technology of the antenna has been developed rapidly,but it still can not ensure the increasing requirements of the near-field measurement.The research and development of the planer near-field measurement system engineering of twin towers,aimed at improving testing efficiency and ensure accuracy and conditions at the same time.This method is not only applicated in anechoic chamber,but also many other anechoic chambers.This topic design planar near-field towers frame system in the middle of the guide rail installed mobile contact switch,towline placed parallel and in the same chamber with a guide rail formed twin twin test system,two systems do not interfere with each other;driving scheme used with three-phase sine function control of stepper motor driver to ensure precision,reduce the resonance phenomenon;in L-band micro-strip antenna is used as a probe,reducing the electromagnetic disturbance;servo control system and main control system increases the serial communication,realizes the automatic transfer of test parameters.Servo control,data acquisition and processing unit are all realized control software automation.The main content of this paper:The first chapter gives a brief introduction to the research background of the system,and analyzes the test requirements of the Twin towers system.The second chapter describes the measurement system through the analysis of the testing principle.The third chapter gives the structure of the whole system,also the analysis and selection of each module.The main content of the fourth chapter is the process,the environment and the use of the system software.The fifth chapter and the sixth chapter are the introduction of test methods and the analysis of test results.
