National development requires students to have scientific thinking,and the new curriculum standards require students to have scientific thinking.Cultivating students' scientific thinking will have a significant impact on students' learning in high school,their future learning and social life.Therefore,it is very important to develop students' scientific thinking in education and teaching.The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore,from the perspective of biology teaching,what kind of teaching strategies can be used for different educational contents to cultivate students' scientific thinking in the process of teaching biology.This study can provide front-line teachers with examples of teaching practices and enrich the practical research on teaching strategies to cultivate students' scientific thinking in biology to a certain extent.The research methods used are literature research method,observation method,interview method,and action research method.This study used empirical research to first analyze the teaching methods or strategies used by teachers in developing students' scientific thinking through extensive classroom observation comparisons,and then interviewed the above teachers to find out the teaching methods or strategies commonly used by teachers in developing students' scientific thinking and the difficulties they encountered in the teaching process.Interviews were conducted with students who performed well in the outstanding classroom and actively thought and explored,to find out under which teaching methods students were more willing to think and explore problems.Based on the results and analysis obtained from the observations and interviews,we will study and design teaching strategies that can cultivate students' scientific thinking in the process of teaching biology.We will also practice the teaching strategies in the actual teaching process.Teachers can use the problem situation teaching strategy,logical thinking teaching strategy,practical teaching strategy,and STSE test teaching strategy to develop students' scientific thinking in the teaching process according to different teaching contents.In the process of teaching strategy practice,it was found that the number of students' answers to questions increased compared to the previous ones,and students' classroom participation and teaching effectiveness were improved,which indicated that this teaching strategy has some practical application value.The author and reflected on the strategies based on the actual teaching results and refined the proposed teaching strategies.
