The teachers are the fundamentals of education.As the most basic and extensive organization,township junior middle school is the indispensable part of compulsory education,whose development lies in the efforts of grassroots educators.With the time going by,the ability and literacy of teachers develops,but some existing incentive measures for teachers do not meet the needs of reality.In order to achieve the goal of national education modernization,building a team of high-quality professional and innovative teachers and building practical incentive measures that meet the needs of teachers' survival and development are the key.Therefore,the author explores the incentive mechanism of township junior middle school teachers in L county.This paper expounds the current situation of the incentive mechanism of Township Middle School Teachers in L County from four dimensions,namely compensation and benefit,reward and punishment,career development and environment.Six most representative township junior middle school teachers are given questionnaire and interviewed so as to collect the first-hand real data which are entered and analyzed through SPSS25.0 and further understand the implementation effect of incentive policies.Based on ERG theory,Expectancy theory and new public service theory,finds the common problems existing in the incentive mechanism of township junior middle school teachers: the incentive effect of survival demand is not obvious,the interrelated demand incentive lacks,and the incentive effect of growth demand is not ideal,and this paper also analyzes the reasons combined with the actual situation.Based on the experience and measures of some regions at home and abroad,own learned and work practice,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions: One is to continuously enhance the incentives for survival needs,The second is to increase the importance of relationship demand incentives,and the third is to expand and break through growth demand incentives.Through this study,I hope to enrich the research theories of grassroots teachers' incentive mechanism in the field of public management and shed light on the management research of township junior middle school.
