Research On The Discourse Shift Of College Ideological And Political Education In Post-Truth Context

All along,ideological,and political education work is the lifeline of all the work carried out by our party.In 2020,the promulgation of the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in the New Era provided a fundamental guideline for how to carry out ideological and political work in the new era.Ideological and political education is about the correct establishment of national beliefs and faith,the stability of social order,and the direction of all work under the leadership of the Party.As an important part to cultivate talents for the Party,the country and the society,the importance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is even more self-evident.Since the 18 th National Congress,in order to continuously promote the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the Party Central Committee has issued a series of important documents.In December 2021,at the national meeting of college thinking and politics,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that to do a good job of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it must be changed by the matter,the time and the situation.These files and important speeches all point out the key points for our future ideological and political education work.The center on carrying out the work of ideological and political education activities in colleges and universities must be people-oriented,and from the direction of this paper's research,that is,we must start from students and continuously innovate the discourse,so that the discourse has a certain theoretical height while humanistic care is also continuously online.With the continuous innovation of Internet technology,online media platform has gradually become the main channel for the public to receive information.A large amount of complex information wrapped with multiple thoughts intrudes into the life of college ideological and political education recipients.And in this way,the post-truth gradually enters their vision,causing a degree of impact on their ideology and value orientation,and posing new challenges to the college ideological and political education discourse.To sum up,in order to cope with the challenges posed by post-truth,university ideological educators should actively change the discourse and guide students to lift the fog of post-truth and seek the truth while giving them sufficient space for discussion.In other words,we must do the following points.Firstly,we should clarify the value orientation and do a good job of maintaining the mainstream ideology.Secondly,we should put the needs of students first and answer their doubts timely.Thirdly,we should do a good job of technical intervention.In order to improve the media literacy of the discourse subjects and purify the discourse context.Of course,the conversion of college ideological and political education discourse in the post-truth context is not simply adding the truth to the teaching content to complete the task,but to take the post-truth as the background,put the discourse in it for examination,select the issues which students are most concerned and convert it in a suitable way to make the content of its expression can be absorbed and internalized by the students.Doing so can avoid the risk of the post-truth context of cluttered and false information and pluralistic social trends impacting on students' minds.So that we can achieve the desired goal of education.
