In order to cultivate students' core quality of chemistry discipline and improve their key ability to adapt to social development and lifelong learning,teachers are required to guide students from learning knowledge symbols to understanding the nature of the discipline and grasping the discipline ideas,so as to realize deep learning.Firstly,this paper uses literature method to understand the concepts related to deep learning and the research status of "deep learning" and "organic synthesis" at home and abroad.Questionnaire survey and interview method were used to understand the current situation of organic synthesis teaching based on deep learning,and to further explore how to promote students' deep learning in organic synthesis teaching of high school chemistry.On the basis of the previous research,combining with the current teaching situation,this paper puts forward the organic synthetic teaching strategy based on deep learning from the aspects of material selection,situation presentation,learning methods,evaluation methods,information literacy cultivation,etc.According to the teaching strategies,the relevant materials of "the evolution of aspirin" and "the anti-epidemic drug abidol hydrochloride" were selected to design teaching cases respectively,and the analysis model diagram of organic synthesis was designed and put into practice in the classroom.Finally,self-compiled test questions with difficulty gradient were used to verify the deep learning effect of organic composite content.The practical research results show that there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the aspects of knowledge memory,understanding and simple application of subject methods,that is,whether the teaching method of deep learning is adopted or not will not make a big difference to the learning results.However,in the analysis problems of comprehensive application,not only the memorization of basic knowledge is involved,but also the ability of students to solve problems directly points to a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class.Therefore,the importance of deep learning teaching is reflected.
