Under the impact of global informatization,people’s life,study and work have been widely penetrated by modern information technology without exception,affecting all aspects of various fields invisibly.At present,the country attaches great importance to vocational education,and secondary vocational education is one of the important components of vocational education in my country.The application of modern information technology in secondary vocational education can promote the reform and development of secondary vocational education,and bring new changes to students’ learning methods and teachers’ teaching methods.This paper uses the literature research method to check and sort out the domestic and foreign literature on the topics of "modern information technology","secondary vocational music class" and "modern information technology secondary vocational school",and has a preliminary understanding of its research results..The questionnaire survey method is used to understand the students’ learning situation in the secondary vocational music class and the application status of modern information technology in the secondary vocational music class,and at the same time,it also reveals the existing problems in the secondary vocational music class.The interview method is used to talk face-to-face with music teachers,to understand the current teaching situation and improvement suggestions of applying modern information technology in the teaching process of secondary vocational music classes,and to analyze and in-depth discuss their teaching situation and improvement suggestions.Using the comparative analysis method to compare the real data results of the pre-test and post-test of the teaching practice,the effectiveness of the teaching practice is obtained.By summarizing and analyzing the specific situation in teaching practice,and drawing relevant experience,the teaching practice activities are raised to the height of experience by using the experience summarization method.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part of the introduction: mainly to understand the application of modern information technology in secondary vocational music courses at home and abroad,and based on this to clarify the application research direction.The second part is feasibility analysis: It mainly outlines the theoretical foundation,secondary vocational music class and modern information technology,and states that it is necessary and feasible to apply modern information technology to secondary vocational music class.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation: mainly through the questionnaire survey of students and interviews with teachers,to deeply understand the real situation of the application of modern information technology in secondary vocational music classes,and to analyze the survey results.The fourth part is the application suggestion: mainly by formulating the corresponding application principles,application strategies,application procedures and evaluation methods for the existing problems,so as to improve the existing problems of the application of modern information technology in the music class of secondary vocational schools.The fifth part is teaching practice and effect analysis: mainly based on teaching practice,carry out the effect analysis of modern information technology in secondary vocational music class,and enhance the data persuasion of this paper.The sixth part concludes: through the teaching practice,it is concluded that the reasonable application of modern information technology in the secondary vocational music class can improve the teaching quality.
