Textbooks are not only concerned with the national macro strategy,but also directly affect the effectiveness of education and teaching.Based on the appeal of core literacy,we must re-examine current textbooks from the perspective of core literacy.Chinese textbook exercises are an important content of Chinese textbook.Examining its literacy orientation is helpful to explore the overall design quality of textbooks.Based on this,this study takes China's current legal partial edition Chinese textbooks as the research object,takes content analysis as the main method,exercises analysis framework and category system as the main tools,analyzes the literacy orientation of the practice design of the current partial edition Chinese textbooks for middle school.From the perspective of core literacy,following the basic logic of generating core literacy,this study analyzed the consistency of curriculum standard,situation design,task attribute,learning support,content integration and presentation of Chinese textbook exercises from four dimensions of "exercise orientation","exercise background","exercise solution" and "exercise presentation".After analyzing and integrating the statistical data of all dimensions,we get the following conclusions and characteristics in the design of the exercise-selection exercises in the Chinese textbooks of junior middle school.On the whole,the practice design of some junior Chinese textbooks conforms to the overall design concept of their textbooks,with diversified types,moderate quantity and balanced distribution.In terms of exercise orientation,the exercise design generally conforms to the curriculum standards in terms of knowledge types,knowledge depth,knowledge breadth and balance.In terms of exercise background,the context of textbook exercise design focuses on social issues and insists on value orientation,but it fails to highlight the characteristics and trend of literacy education on the whole,which is manifested as the lack of real-life situational elements and the insufficient highlighting of students' personal experience.In the aspect of problem solving,the practice design lays emphasis on strengthening the knowledge base of Chinese and reflecting the noumenon attribute of Chinese subject through the teaching task of reading appreciation.Through certain learning support components to guide students to strengthen cognitive strategies to carry out carding and inquiry activities;Through specific activities,it is required to connect the basic knowledge and ability points of various fields within the Chinese discipline to train students' Chinese ability in an all-round way.But at the same time,there are some problems,such as task type and problem solving procedure are simple,procedural support elements are insufficient,and the strength of inter-disciplinary connection is insufficient.In the aspect of exercise presentation,textbook exercise design improves the richness and flexibility of exercise itself through diversified questioning methods and narrative perspectives,but there is a single problem of presentation carrier.Through analysis,the characteristics of the exercise design of Chinese textbooks in junior middle school are summarized as follows: focusing on social issues and insisting on value orientation;Tamp knowledge foundation,build a solid foundation of literacy;Accord with students' cognition,pay attention to subject matching;Embedding learning elements to strengthen student support;Beyond the boundaries of the subject,extend the scope of the classroom.At the same time,some exercise levels(nature)do not match the plate category;Lack of authenticity direction;Lack of learning component;Unbalanced content integration;Presents problems such as single carrier.Based on this,we should further optimize the exercises from the following aspects: matching the level and category of the exercises,increasing the real components of the exercises,increasing the learning components of the exercises,balancing the content integration of the exercises,and enriching the presentation forms of the exercises.
