Classical Chinese is an important part of middle school Chinese teaching,and the teaching of special characters in classical Chinese has always been a major difficulty for teachers.Many researchers have discussed the teaching of special words from the perspectives of teaching materials,teachers,and students in various aspects and demanded optimization methods,but have not yet given specific feasible methods.We believe that the problem of teacher teaching is the central problem in the teaching of special words and the key to optimizing the teaching of special words.Therefore,this paper takes the special characters in the latest Chinese textbooks for senior high school as the research object.From the perspective of teachers' teaching,combined with the characteristics of the special characters themselves,it is committed to solving the problem of the difficulty of teaching special characters for teachers at present.This article is divided into five parts.The introduction part explains the research content and research methods of this paper,and introduces the relevant research results on the definition of Tongjia characters,ancient and modern characters,and variant characters and the research status of the teaching of special Chinese characters in high school.The first chapter uses the questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the current situation of the teaching of special Chinese characters in high school.We find that the weak theoretical knowledge related to special characters and the lack of effective teaching methods for special characters are the main difficulties for teachers in teaching.reason.Therefore,the second and third chapters divide the characters marked with "tong" in the high school Chinese and classical Chinese texts compiled by the Ministry of Education into three categories: Tongjia characters,ancient and modern characters,and variant characters.It is to provide reference materials for teachers' teaching,so as to help solve the problem that teachers are difficult to distinguish and analyze special words in teaching,cannot find teaching reference for detailed annotations of related knowledge,and have no energy to conduct in-depth research on related issues due to heavy teaching tasks.The fourth chapter proposes two teaching strategies,"the teaching method of character theory" and "the teaching method of cultural common sense",and combined with specific teaching design examples to illustrate how the two strategies are implemented in teaching,aiming to solve the problem of teachers' transition from theoretical knowledge to classroom practice.This paper believes that solving the difficult problem of teachers' teaching is the foundation of doing a good job in the teaching of special words.The detailed analysis of the word "tong" in the text can provide a reference for teachers to use special words in teaching."the teaching method of character theory" and "the teaching method of cultural common sense" is a feasible way to transform theoretical knowledge into practice.
