Research On The Problem Of College Students' Internet Addiction And The Coping Strategies Of Ideological And Political Education

At present,China is in a period of great change in the Internet era.With the rapid development of the Internet,it has become an indispensable part of people's daily life.The popularity of the Internet has greatly changed the way people communicate with each other and the communication pattern of the whole world.However,the doublesided nature of the Internet not only brings convenience to people's social life,but also accompanied by a certain degree of danger and negative impact.Among them,the problem of Internet addiction caused by excessive use of the Internet has been widely concerned by the society.Young college students are in a special period of gradual physical and mental maturity.They are full of curiosity about new things and are more likely to be attracted by the dazzling information in the online world.Therefore,they are addicted to the Internet and cause internet addiction.Through the analysis and Research on the current situation of College Students' Internet addiction,the author divides the types of College Students' Internet addiction into five categories,including online game addiction,online social addiction,online information addiction,online consumption addiction and Internet pornography addiction,among which the problem of online game addiction is particularly prominent.Through the research on College Students' Internet addiction by scholars at home and abroad,the author finds that the research on this subject mainly focuses on the field of psychology and pathology,and there is less research on this subject in the field of Ideological and political education.As an important bridge connecting college students and society,ideological and political education has the function of improving college students' Ideological and moral level.Therefore,ideological and political education can effectively prevent college students' Internet addiction to a certain extent.By analyzing the characteristics of College Students' use of the Internet and the causes of College Students' Internet addiction,the author discusses the ways of Ideological and political education to effectively prevent college students' Internet addiction.This paper uses the literature research method and questionnaire survey method as the main research methods,and uses the relevant knowledge of Ideological and political education to study this problem.The specific chapters are summarized as follows: the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research,and explains the research methods and innovations of this article,so as to pave the way for the following research.The first chapter is an overview of the related concepts of Ideological and political education and Internet addiction.For the research of any problem,we need to define the core concepts first,and find out the relevant research theories as the theoretical basis of this paper.The second chapter is the manifestation and harm of College Students' Internet addiction.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,this paper studies the manifestation,causes and harm of College Students' Internet addiction,and further analyzes the relationship between the three.The third chapter is the research focus of this paper,which is the research on the path of Ideological and political education to effectively prevent college students' Internet addiction.This part analyzes these three angles one by one and puts forward a more detailed and effective path from three angles: giving play to the main channel role of Ideological and political theory course,promoting the construction of campus collaborative education system mechanism and promoting social forces to participate in the prevention of College Students' Internet addiction.In order to give full play to the important role of Ideological and political education in the prevention of College Students' Internet addiction,and effectively prevent the occurrence of College Students' Internet addiction,it provides a certain theoretical basis and reference experience.
