The new round of curriculum reform advocates the construction of a democratic and equal teaching atmosphere and a harmonious and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and promotes the common growth of teachers and students.Classroom is the main battlefield of education.Only when education reform is implemented at the classroom level can it truly promote the long-term development of education.Junior high school ethics and rule of law "emotion-communication" classroom focuses on the interaction and emotional communication between teachers and students in the classroom,and implements emotional teaching that cares about the growth of students’ lives.This is not only a requirement to implement the five core literacy goals of political identity,moral cultivation,concept of the rule of law,sound personality and sense of responsibility proposed in the Curriculum Standards for Morality and the Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition).And for the curriculum itself,the creation of vitality classroom also helps to enhance the status of the curriculum and improve the effectiveness of moral education.This paper adopts the research methods of teacher interviews and student questionnaires,and conducts a practical investigation on the construction of "emotion-communication" classrooms in the sample schools on the construction of "emotion-communication" classrooms in junior high school morality and the rule of law.The study found that the construction and implementation of the "emotion-interaction" classroom of morality and the rule of law in junior middle schools is not satisfactory,mainly at the level of teaching subjects,and the effect of emotional experience is not good;at the level of teaching links,emotional interaction is a mere formality;Insufficient kinetic energy of emotional resources;lack of teaching means,lack of emotional communication skills,etc.Identify problems,analyze problems,and solve problems.For the study of implementation strategy,this paper intends to start from four levels.First,at the level of teaching subjects,through building a new relationship between teachers and students to connect emotional exchanges;second,at the level of teaching links,ensuring emotional exchanges by improving classroom teaching links;third,at the level of teaching content,enriching emotional exchanges by making good use of a variety of curriculum resources;fourth,at the level of teaching art,emotional communication is regulated by grasping the appropriate teaching art.All-round,multi-level development and implementation,in order to effectively promote the "emotion-communication" type classroom to be truly realized in the junior high school ethics and rule of law class,so as to implement the fundamental educational task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".
