Physical literacy is the essential foundation for the all-round development and achievements of teenagers and children.The outline for the construction of a sports power also clearly puts forward the goal of developing teenagers' physical literacy.As the central group of China's compulsory education,the senior primary school students evaluate their physical quality and carry out targeted education,which is very important for the construction of China's sports power.Although domestic scholars have made achievements in the research of physical literacy evaluation index system,there are also some problems,such as emphasizing body over emotion,emphasizing teachers over students,emphasizing evaluation over education,weak operability and so on.Under the background that the existing evaluation system is difficult to meet the actual needs,it has become an important task to build a set of multi-dimensional,multi-agent and highly operational physical literacy evaluation index system for senior primary school students.In this study,the construction of the evaluation index system of physical literacy of senior primary school students is mainly carried out from four aspects:first,combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and preliminarily putting forward the evaluation index and evaluation standard of physical literacy of senior primary school students;Secondly,carry out two rounds of expert consultation,and revise the evaluation index of physical literacy of senior primary school students with reference to the importance of experts on each index;Then,the reliability and validity are tested,the weight of each index is calculated by expert ranking method,and the evaluation index system of physical literacy of senior primary school students is constructed;Finally,determine the scoring standard of each index,formulate the multi-agent evaluation form of physical literacy of senior primary school students according to the evaluation subject of each index,determine the evaluation steps and put forward suggestions for the implementation of the evaluation.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)a multi-dimensional evaluation index system of physical literacy of senior primary school students is constructed,which is composed of 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,31 tertiary indicators,the evaluation criteria of tertiary indicators and the weight of evaluation indicators at all levels.(2)The multi-agent evaluation form of physical quality of senior primary school students with strong operability is formulated as a tool for the implementation of evaluation,which makes the multi-agent evaluation possible.(3)This paper defines the implementation steps of the physical literacy evaluation of senior primary school students,and puts forward specific implementation suggestions,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the evaluation,so as to promote the improvement of students' physical literacy and the improvement of school teaching.
