At present,the society attaches more and more importance to preschool education,and t the outstanding contradiction between kindergarten and family needs to be prevented and solved.In this process,the communication between preschool teachers and parents is indispensable.However,at present,there are more or less poor communication problems.In order to improve the conflict between kindergarten and family and improve the communication quality of both sides,it is imperative to develop tools to evaluate the communication quality between preschool teachers and parents.However,there are few researches on the evaluation of communication quality in our educational field.Therefore,this study is committed to designing a quality evaluation system for communication between preschool teachers and parents under the contradictory situation of home,and further in-depth research on communication between preschool teachers and parents.Through literature review and actual interviews,this study refers to the communication quality evaluation structure in other fields,and plans to establish a kindergarten parent-teacher communication quality evaluation index based on the conflict between kindergarten and family,covering five aspects of the communication quality between early childhood education and parents(subject consensus,information opening,emotional disclosure,situation control,and effect feedback).In order to determine the indicators and weights of all dimensions,questionnaire survey was conducted to extract survey objects from 10 provinces in different regions of China,explore and verify the questionnaire,and determine 39 items in five factors including subject consensus,information openness,emotional disclosure,situation control and effect feedback.The index design is reasonable.In the process of the allocation of index weights,445 experts were invited to conduct a survey.Meanwhile,preschool teachers and parents involved in the compilation of indicators were invited to rank the importance of each dimension as auxiliary verification.Results Statistical analysis software such as SPSS26.0,AMOS26.0 and yaahp10.3 was used to carry out data processing,and finally the evaluation index set and weight set of kindergarten parent-teacher communication quality based on the conflict between kindergarten and family was completed.Research shows:1.In the process of index compilation,five dimensions were finally determined: subject consensus,information openness,emotional disclosure,situation control,and effect feedback,which reflected the relevant characteristics shown in the overall communication process of kindergarten and family conflict resolution that the evaluation index paid attention to the cognitive compatibility of the subject,focused on restoring the original appearance of home conflict information,focused on the subject’s emotions and behaviors,and paid attention to the effect of conflict resolution.2.In the weight configuration,it is determined to take the expert weight as the final basis.It is concluded that the weight of "emotional disclosure" and "information opening" in the first-level index is relatively high,which reflects that preschool teachers and parents pay special attention to the perception of emotional feelings and the information of conflict events at home in the communication."effect feedback" The minimum proportion is that the "main consensus" accounts for relatively low,which reflects that the two parties pay less attention to communication effects.At the same time,the common cognition of the two parties on the cultural background of the two sides still needs to be valued on communication.The secondary indicators of "respect and understanding" and "initiative" in "emotional disclosure" and "complete and timely information" in "information opening" both have a higher weight ratio,reflecting that the current communication between preschool teachers and parents pays more attention to emotion and conflict itself.In the "effect feedback",the weight ratio of the second-level index "influence persistence" is the lowest,which reflects the lack of reflection on the late stage of communication by preschool teachers and communication based on the conflict of home.3.Guided by the practical value of improving the communication quality between preschool teachers and parents,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on the construction and application of evaluation indexes of parent-teacher communication quality under the background of "deepening search" to interpret home conflicts,and puts forward specific suggestions for the practical application of the evaluation index and the improvement of the quality of communication between preschool teachers and parents. |
