High School Biology Based On The Consistency Of "Teaching, Learning, And Assessment" Research On Teaching Design And Practice

Abstract/Summary:
The consistency of "teaching,learning and evaluation" is a basic principle of effective teaching.Teaching evaluation is indispensable to ensure efficient classroom teaching.In recent years,the integration of teaching and evaluation has attracted the attention of educators and become the focus of many scholars.Carefully reading the high school biology curriculum standard,its clearly suggest that daily teaching evaluation hold an important place,and evaluation should be timely and effective,the evaluation methods should be diversified.In short,the curriculum standard does not indicate the consistency of "teaching,learning and evaluation",the concept is clearly expressed between the lines.During the education practice,the author found that there has been a lack or postponement of teaching evaluation in traditional classroom,and the integration of teaching and evaluation is not well.Through "teaching,learning and evaluation" consistency of theoretical research,the author thinks that combined the concept with high school biology teaching design is very meaningful.High school biology teaching design is based on "teaching,learning,evaluation " of consistency,summarize the specific design process,additional case studies,truly realize the integration of teaching and evaluation,then improve the effectiveness of the classroom.The main tasks of the study are as follows :(1)Sorting out the literature related to this study;This paper summarizes the concepts of "teaching-learning-evaluation" consistency and teaching design,and carries out research on the teaching design of high school biology based on "teaching-learning-evaluation" consistency based on constructivism theory and reverse instructional design theory.(2)Interview method to investigate the implementation status of the teaching design of a high school biology teacher,analyze the existing problems and find solutions.(3)Design the teaching design based on the consistency of "teaching,learning and evaluation",construct the specific process of the teaching design,use part of the content of compulsory Course 1 of high school Biology in the Human Education Edition for case analysis,and conduct consistency test.(4)Practical research: The teaching design based on the consistency of "teaching,learning and evaluation" was applied to high school biology classroom,and the effect was tested from two aspects: one was students’ biological performance before and after implementation;the other was the interview method to investigate students’ self-evaluation of biology learning before and after implementation.The main research results are as follows :(1)The investigation of the implementation of the teaching design of a biology teacher in a high school found that although the biology teacher could define the teaching objectives before class,the teaching process design was separated from the objectives,the classroom evaluation form was single,and the separation of teaching and evaluation existed.(2)Take "organelle--Division of labor and cooperation within the system" as an example,introduce the teaching design with the consistency concept of "teaching,learning and evaluation".Firstly,writing the teaching objectives,then design the evaluation tasks,arrange the teaching activities,and finally pass the consistency test,and the teaching design reaches the standard.(3)The implementation of the consistent teaching design of "teaching,learning and evaluation" has a certain promotion effect on students’ biological performance in the short term,and students’ self-evaluation tends to be positive.To sum up,it is suggested that front-line biology teachers should implement the consistent concept of "teaching,learning and evaluation" when conducting teaching design,ensure the orientation of teaching objectives,realize the proper integration of teaching and evaluation,and realize an efficient classroom that promotes teaching and study evaluation.
