Since the implementation of the new basic education curriculum,teachers’ instant evaluation in classroom teaching has gradually become an increasingly important issue for educational researchers and teaching practitioners.“ Instant ” in instant evaluation means immediately and immediately,and instant evaluation refers to the evaluation subject’s timely evaluation of something.The immediate evaluation in classroom teaching refers to the dynamic process in which the evaluator gives immediate feedback to the specific performance of the evaluation object in a certain way in the course of teaching activities.It has the characteristics of timeliness of evaluation,integrity of evaluation content,diversity of evaluation methods and certainty of evaluation purpose.It runs through the teaching process,and the application of proper instant evaluation in classroom teaching is very helpful to both students’ learning and teachers’ teaching.Scientific,reasonable and appropriate immediate evaluation of classroom teaching plays a positive role in promoting students’ correct learning attitude,stimulating learning interest,inspiring thinking,effective learning and cultivating positive emotions.It can promote teachers to adjust the pace of classroom teaching,get teaching feedback timely,adjust teaching ideas,implement the five core qualities,speed up the reform of teaching methods,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,and effectively promote teachers’ professional development.It is necessary to pay attention to effectiveness,inclusiveness,interactivity and motivation to implement instant evaluation in history classroom teaching of junior middle school.When implementing the incentive evaluation,we should pay attention to the inclusiveness of standards,the appropriateness of frequency and the diversity of forms.When carrying out negative evaluation,we should pay attention to the inspiration of the process,the difference of students and the humor of the way.In special cases,"delayed" evaluation should be used appropriately,such as when students have a sudden idea or have a different understanding.The following problems should be paid attention to in the implementation of instant evaluation in the history teaching of junior middle school: to avoid ignoring generative resources;To avoid single evaluation subject;Avoid over-emphasis on results.Only by avoiding the above problems and using the real-time evaluation properly and effectively in the teaching process,can it achieve its due effect and promote the development of teachers and students.
