The subject of Chinese is a basic subject in basic education and the cornerstone of students' knowledge in other courses.Among them,the teacher's instant evaluation of classroom teaching is an important medium for communication between teachers and students,and belongs to the basic category of evaluation.The new curriculum reform calls for improving the evaluation mechanism,and puts forward new goals and requirements for the real-time evaluation of primary school Chinese teachers' classroom teaching at the theoretical and practical levels.In this study,six Chinese teachers in the first,third,and fifth grades of the elementary,middle,and high school of S primary school in Urumqi were selected as the research objects to construct a research framework for the primary classroom teachers' real-time evaluation behavior of classroom teaching.On the basis of quantitative analysis,six Chinese teachers took 30 normal lesson video recordings,and recorded and analyzed teachers 'classroom teaching real-time evaluation behaviors according to the compiled“ Primary School Chinese Teachers 'Classroom Teaching Instant Evaluation Record Form”,and Combined with the comparative analysis of classroom records and the results of teacher interviews,a comprehensive presentation of the current situation of classroom teachers' real-time assessment of primary school Chinese teachers is presented.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the total evaluation frequency of teachers in different grades is quite different: the total evaluation frequency of Chinese teachers among the three grades decreases as the grade increases.Among them,the frequency ratio of incentive evaluation,diagnostic evaluation and other evaluations decreased with the increase of grade;the frequency ratio of reorganization evaluation increased with the increase of grade;the frequency ratio of developmental evaluation had no trend change.Second,the frequency of evaluation of different teachers in the same grade is quite different: the grade one is significantly different from other grades in recognition of negative evaluations,incentives and corrections;the grade three is significantly different from other grades in follow-up evaluation;Significant difference.At the same time,as the grade increases,the frequency of praise evaluation and incentive evaluation decreases,and the frequency of reorganization evaluation and summary evaluation increases.Third,the teacher 's teaching methods have an impact on the immediate evaluation of classroom teaching: a comparative analysis of the classroom records of the three grade Chinese teachers reveals that the first grade Chinese teachers have too many mandatory and rigid evaluations;the third grade Chinese teachers 'monotony There are too many evaluations of sex and uninterestingness;fifth-grade Chinese teachers have too many dominant and missing evaluations.Fourth,the school and teachers have limitations in the recognition of classroom teaching instantevaluation behavior: through teaching practice,it is found that the school does not pay enough attention to teachers 'classroom teaching instant evaluation,without targeted training or a comprehensive evaluation mechanism.Teachers also lack the theoretical understanding and practical reflection on the immediate evaluation of classroom teaching.According to the research conclusions and the actual situation of S primary school,the countermeasures to deepen the concept of real-time evaluation,strengthen the skills of real-time evaluation and optimize the system of real-time evaluation for the classroom teaching of primary school Chinese teachers are proposed,in order to improve the classroom of primary school Chinese teachers under the guidance of new curriculum reform Immediate evaluation of teaching,promote the professional development of teachers,and then harmonize the relationship between teachers and students,improve the quality of classroom teaching,and achieve a win-win teaching.
