In recent years,the competition in the preparation of examinations for primary school teachers is more intense.On the one hand,due to the lack of primary school teachers,the treatment of teachers is greatly improved.College graduates are more inclined to get a relatively stable job.On the other hand,in the current talent training environment,more high-quality talents hope to find a job through the preparation of primary school teachers examination,at the same time,so that their learning results can be better played,constantly improve their comprehensive quality in practice,better realize their own life value.Based on the vision of teacher professional development,this paper firstly analyzes the relationship between examination and compilation of primary school teachers and their professional development by using literature method: examination and compilation policy reflects professional development;The content of the examination has put forward the requirements for the professional development of teachers;The compilation of examinations has promoted the professional development of teachers.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey and interview to study the external and internal factors that affect the examination of primary school teachers,the final conclusion is that professional development is the most important factor.Thirdly,using case study method,select four representative examinees,through their examination experience,compare and analyze those who have clear career cognition and those who are vague,those who have clear career development planning and those who follow the trend,further prove that professional development is the most important factor affecting the examination compilation.Finally,based on the vision of teacher professional development,according to the most important factors affecting the examination preparation,the author puts forward targeted suggestions from two dimensions: First,examinees pay attention to their own professional development.These include career planning and teaching experience;Take the initiative to invest in learning and enrich professional knowledge;Conscientiously practice reflection,improve professional ability.Second,normal colleges attach great importance to the professional development of normal university students.They include strengthening vocational affective education;Enhance the ability of education and teaching;We will encourage the development of independent innovation.Third,schools should strengthen the professional development consciousness of teachers.It includes improving the level of primary school teachers’ professional quality and professional ability;The channels for promotion of professional titles and personal development of primary school teachers will be expanded.
