As an important practical activity,simulation activities are widely used in the teaching process of various subjects in middle schools.Carrying out simulation activities in high school biology classroom teaching allows students to more intuitively experience abstract life phenomena in simulated situations,enhance students' classroom participation,enhance students' interest in learning,and promote the cultivation of students' practical ability.Based on specific cases,this article explores the application of simulation activities in high school biology classroom teaching.This research defines the concept of simulation activities by sorting out the literature on simulation activities,and points out that simulation activities have the characteristics of virtuality,migration and interaction.In order to study the application of simulation activities in high school biology teaching,to understand the status quo of students' biology learning through questionnaire surveys,interviews with teachers,to provide ideas for designing simulation activities.Taking the new textbook version of the People's Education Edition High School Biology Compulsory One as the practical textbook,design biological simulation activities and implement them in real classroom teaching,and select the "nucleic acid is a carrier of genetic information" and "nucleic acid is a carrier of genetic information" which are highly related to the simulation activities The three teaching contents of "Division and Cooperation between Organelles" and "Passive Transportation" are used for case analysis.Through five months of teaching practice,using IBM SPSS software to statistically analyze the biological scores of the experimental class and the control class,the results show that: the first monthly test(pretest)P >0.05,which shows that the pretest experimental class and There is no significant difference in the biological scores of the control class.The mid-term exam(post-test)P <0.05,and the final exam(post-test)P <0.05,indicating that the post-test experimental class and the control class have significant biological score Sexual differences;analysis of the scores of questions related to simulation activities in the mid-term final exams,and found that the experimental class that implements simulation activity teaching has a stronger grasp of the knowledge content corresponding to the simulation activities;from the statistical analysis of cross-disciplinary scores,the experiment The P values of the chemistry and physics subjects in the three exams of the class and the control class were all greater than 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in the scores of physics and chemistry subjects without simulation activities.Practical results show that the simulation activities in high school biology classroom teaching can promote students to fully grasp biological knowledge and effectively improve the efficiency of students' learning biology.Interviews were conducted with the students in the experimental class.The results of the interviews showed that the simulation activities are beneficial to enhance students' enthusiasm and initiative in studying biology.Combined with teaching practice,in order to better realize the effectiveness of simulation activities in high school biology classroom teaching,three suggestions for carrying out biology simulation activities teaching are put forward as follows: First,based on the teaching goals,teachers should rationally choose suitable activities The biology teaching content of the simulation activities is carefully designed and the biological simulation activities that are closely related to the teaching knowledge are carefully designed;second,based on the students' academic conditions,teachers should promptly guide and instruct students to assist students when they participate in simulation activities.Successfully complete the simulation activities;third,based on their own development,teachers should reflect and summarize in time,improve the teaching design of biological simulation activities and improve the application skills of simulation activities.
