With the flourishing development of vocational education, the state’s attention to vocational education development has come from focusing on the quantity of vocationaleducation to focus on the quality. What is more, the state has put forward specific demands for secondary vocational education teaching quality, the demand for the reform of vocational education teaching methods that must be combined with practice and the demand that students should pay attention to the practical ability. Simulation teaching method that pays attention to train students’ practical ability has got some teachers praise highly. However, it often happens during the process of teachers using simulation teaching method that the process becomes a mere formality. If the simulation teaching methods can’t be use properly, then it is impossible to reach anticipatory goal of teachers and train students’ practical ability effectively.The author has went deep into working site of teachers teaching to conduct class teaching record, and taken formal or informal interviews with teachers and students afterclass. Through the analysis of the status quo, the author explores three factors affecting teachers to use simulation teaching methods that is teachers, students and schools, and then put forward possible improvement suggestions designed to provide reference for thereform of vocational education teaching methods. The author also explored on the following aspects: the first is, form school level, the construction of practical teaching system which promotes the professional growth of teachers and improves evaluation mechanisms and exploration program; the second is, from the teacher level, to advocate the practice of "lifelong learning" concept, self-reflection and active participation in the reformof vocational education teaching methods; the third is to improve learning initiative of students from the angle of the teachers.
