The current status of low-level literacy teaching in primary schools has four major problems: low interest in literacy teaching,poor literacy teaching process,single literacy teaching method,and lack of literacy teaching practice.There are four main reasons for these problems: First,the positioning of teaching goals is not correct.Accurate;second,the literacy teaching method is mechanical;third,the separation of teaching "learning" and "use";fourth,students have a heavier learning burden.Through a lot of teaching practice,we found that picture book-based low-level literacy teaching in elementary schools has four advantages: one is that the pictures are diverse,which can stimulate students’ interest in literacy;the other is the combination of pictures and texts,which can consolidate the learning effect of Chinese characters;and the third is the use of picture quotations.,Can strengthen students’ use of words;fourth,create situations that can strengthen the transfer of Chinese characters.Picture book-based low-level literacy teaching in elementary schools can adopt the following four strategies: one is to stimulate interest in picture book literacy;the second is to optimize the teaching process of picture book literacy;the third is to enrich the teaching methods of picture book literacy;and the fourth is to strengthen the teaching practice of picture book literacy.To stimulate interest in literacy in picture books,four methods can be used: acting,editing,speaking,and painting.Performances help students combine their hands and brains and stimulate interest.Editing helps students to imagine and expand their thinking,and speaking helps students to express and enhance bravely.Self-confidence,painting helps students follow their nature and learn happily.To optimize the teaching process of picture book literacy,one must formulate a picture book literacy teaching plan;second,determine the key points of picture book literacy teaching;third,create a picture book literacy teaching context;fourth,establish a picture book literacy evaluation mechanism.Rich picture book literacy teaching methods,including game teaching method,text literacy method,life literacy method,picture-based literacy method,and associative literacy method.Strengthen the teaching practice of picture book literacy,one can make literacy cards;two can organize competitions;three can conceive interesting slogans;four can perform picture book stories. |
