The development of rural junior middle school is closely related to the overall development of society.New urbanization is a double-edged sword for rural junior middle school.On the one hand,as the result of new urbanization,the rural economy is developing rapidly and the hardware construction of rural junior middle school is increasingly perfect.On the other hand,the new urbanization process also prompted more people with agricultural accounts to migrate to urban areas,the number of students in rural junior middle school drops sharply.In this paper,we start our study according to the research ideas of current situation,problems,influencing factors and solutions.The aim of this paper is to showing the state of rural junior middle school in new urbanization,and explore how to transform the pattern of rural junior middle schools from the exposing problems.This paper chooses 16 rural junior middle schools at the G area of C city in Anhui province as the research object.According to the data collected from field investigation,it is found that the rural junior middle school in this area is mainly faced with five problems.(1)The policy allocation of education resources is not perfect;(2)The waste of educational resources is serious;(3)The composition of teacher teams are unreasonable;(4)Serious loss of students;(5)Education funding is lacking.After analyzing the internal and external factors of the development of rural junior middle schools,it is found there are mainly three factors affecting their development:environmental factors,promotion of new urbanization construction and the decreasing of natural population growth rate.And the loss of student source under the background is the main reason.The introduction part mainly discusses the research background,research methods and existing achievements of this paper.On the basis of combing the research achievements of the predecessors,we seek the foothold and the space for further study of this research.The main body of the article consists of four parts:the statistical data of the survey results,the problems presented by the survey results,the causes of the problems and the countermeasures to solve the problems.In this paper,the investigation of the survival status of rural junior middle schools is mainly from five aspects:the resource allocation policy of compulsory education,hardware facilities configuration situation,teacher status,student status and financial situation.The first section is to analyze the five aspects of the field survey data and present the result objectively.Through summarizing and combing of the questionnaire information,we present the objective status of the five aspects in G area.Based on the results in section one,the second part discusses the existing problems in the rural junior middle school's survival situation.On the basis of the data statistical analysis,the situation of rural junior middle school can be summarized as five problems mentioned above.The third part is to further find out the problems in the second part to find out the root of the problem.It is pointed that the development of the rural middle schools in G area is affected by environmental factors,urbanization process and natural population growth rate.Based on the above three parts,the corresponding solutions are given out in section four.Three advice including enhancing policy flexibility,improving the overall quality of teacher team and innovation of management are proposed to promote the development of rural junior middle schools in this area.The conclusion part summarizes some main points of this paper and explains the confusion and shortcomings in the study.Finally,it is necessary to explain that the research of this paper focuses on the objective description and analysis of the investigations.The research results have some reference significance,but it does not represent the status of all other rural junior middle schools in China.
