Cultivating students’ professional quality is an important goal in curriculum teaching in secondary vocational colleges.Professional quality is a kind of nurturing consciousness and behavior,which is the external embodiment of internal moral quotient and emotional quotient.However,conventional professional courses can not improve students’ implicit quality.Therefore,the cultivation and assessment of professional quality has become a difficult problem faced by various schools for a long time.In addition,compared with most other majors,the high standard of service nature of financial affairs major in secondary vocational school requires the financial specialization of graduates’ professional quality.The effect will be better if the students of this major are educated in the professional quality course of financial specialization.Aiming at this urgent problem,this study adopts the research methods of action research,case study,questionnaire survey and interview survey.Taking the school-based curriculum of financial affairs major of s school in Shenyang as a case,the researcher went deep into the teaching scene and conducted a one-year and two-month action research on the development of school-based curriculum of professional quality of Finance with school teachers,It makes a beneficial attempt to the development and implementation of vocational quality curriculum in secondary vocational colleges..This study consists of seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research background,literature review,research significance and research methods;The second chapter is the theoretical basis of school-based curriculum development of professional quality of finance;From chapter 3 to Chapter 5,the research and preparation of the early stage of curriculum development,the initial development and reflection of the curriculum,and the secondary development and reflection of the curriculum are gradually completed.;The sixth chapter evaluates the course of professional quality of finance;The seventh chapter makes a summary and Prospect of this study through curriculum evaluation,and comes to the conclusion that this study opens up the ways of professional quality curriculum development and implementation,so that the students of Shenyang s school can develop excellent professional quality of finance through learning this curriculum.Finally,it looks forward to the research work of the school-based curriculum of professional quality of finance.On the one hand,it looks forward to the next school-based curriculum improvement and implementation of professional quality of Finance in Shenyang s school after the end of this research;On the other hand,it is hoped that the majority of workers in secondary vocational colleges will pay more attention to vocational quality education,truly implement vocational quality education into school-based curriculum development,promote the realization of talent training objectives,and meet the development needs of society,schools and students.
