In recent years,the level of global competitive sports has been continuously improved,and many advanced sports-related training contents and research methods have been produced.Functional training is one of them,and its importance has also been widely recognized by the sports industry.At present,in the field of competitive sports,functional training has become an important part of training,and it has achieved outstanding results in some projects,but there are few studies on functional training in middle school PE classrooms,and it is applied to the middle school entrance examination project.There are very few.Objective: Through functional training,the physical quality of junior high school students can be improved.This paper will add functional training to teaching training,and conduct research on the different effects of functional training and traditional training on junior high school students' performance in the middle school entrance examination.Through the functional movement screening(FMS)test,the compensation and injury occurred in the process of testing to provide training programs to reduce the risk of exercise,in order to provide an empirical reference for the development of functional training in middle school physical education.Methods: Using experimental method,literature data method,mathematical statistics method,expert questionnaire method and other methods,in terms of physical quality,taking junior three students as the object,using teaching and training methods to intervene,and the physical quality of students in two different teaching training.The development status of the method is compared.The author selected a total of 80 third-grade students from Shenyang No.126 Middle School and divided them into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 students in each group.sexual differences.Then in the course,the experimental group and the control group were given functional training and traditional training respectively,and the experiment was carried out for 12 weeks.The results of the physical education entrance examination items were used as indicators to compare and analyze the two groups.Results: 1.In terms of FMS scores,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.After the experiment,the FMS scores of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment,while the changes in the control group were not obvious.2.There is no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment in terms of physical education test scores and basic physical conditions.3.After a 12-week teaching experiment,the results of each item in the physical education high school entrance examination in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment;in the control group,only the score of sit-ups was improved,and no other test items were significantly improved.4.After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group have a comparative analysis of various test scores.The experimental group is higher than the control group in standing long jump,medicine ball throwing,endurance running,skipping rope and pull-up,and the sit-up performance of the control group is better than that of the experimental group.Conclusion: 1.In the FMS test,in the seven test scores,the experimental group has different degrees of improvement compared to before the experiment,while the control group has little change,reflecting that compared with traditional teaching training,functional training It can reduce the risk of sports injuries and significantly improve the basic sports ability of middle school students.2.After the functional training intervention,the experimental group improved significantly in the physical education entrance examination items,indicating that functional training has a significant effect on the physical education senior high school entrance examination items.3.After the functional training intervention,most of the test items in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and only the sit-ups in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group.4.After the functional training intervention,the movement patterns of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the muscle strength was significantly improved.
