| Study objective: This study takes the influence of functional strength training on the performance of sports selection in Zhangzhou high school entrance examination,evaluates the student movement patterns through functional motion screening(FMS),and develops the functional strength training program combined with the test items.To explore whether functional strength training can effectively improve the results of Zhangzhou high school entrance examination,and provide relevant theoretical and practical reference for Zhangzhou physical education teaching training and for the improvement of middle school physical education teaching training methods.Research methods: mainly take the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logical analysis method,in Zhangzhou 3 grade class selected 60 students as the object,and divided into experimental group(30,men and women 15)and control group(a total of 30 people,boys and women 15 people),in the form of teaching training experiment.The experimental group conducted functional strength training teaching,and the control group conducted traditional strength training teaching for experimental intervention three times a week.In the experiment,SPSS26.0 software was used to summarize and analyze the data,and to compare and analyze the influence of functional strength training before and after the experiment on the results of various items of sports selection in the high school entrance examination.Results:(1)the squat,lunge,shoulder flexibility,and active straight leg elevation after FMS(P <0.05);there was no significant difference in hurdle step,trunk stability,and rotation stability(P>0.05).After the experiment,the FMS tests(P<0.05)showed significant differences;archge,shoulder flexibility,active straight leg height in the control group(P >0.05),and the other four items showed significant differences(P<0.05).(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the 50 m running(P<0.05),one-minute sit-up(P<0.01),and no significant difference between standing long jump,pull-up,one-minute rope skipping,solid ball in front of both hands(P>0.05);There were significant differences in standing long jump,one-minute sit-up(P<0.05),and one-minute rope skipping(P<0.01),and no significant differences in 50-meter running,oblique pull-up,and solid ball on the head of both hands(P>0.05).After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were very significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)There were significant differences in standing long jump,one-minute sit-up(P<0.05),and one-minute rope skipping(P<0.01),and no significant differences in50-meter running,oblique pull-up,and solid ball on the head of both hands(P>0.05).After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were very significantly different(P<0.01).(2)Both functional strength training and traditional strength training can improve the performance of selected sports items in the high school entrance examination,and the improvement of the performance of functional strength training is better than that of traditional strength training,indicating that functional strength training is better than improving the performance of traditional strength training.(3)The functional strength training can run 50 meters and sit-ups in one minute for male students in high school entrance examination.The results of standing long jump,one-minute sit-up and one-minute jump rope for female students are better than those of traditional strength training. |
