Local teaching materials can record,preserve and inherit local culture,which is helpful to cultivate students' spirit of loving their countryside.This research uses the method of literature and the method of content analysis,taking the local teaching materials in Liaoning Province as the research object,unifying the specific period background,the policy and the teaching material's texts to carry on the development process of the local teaching materials in Liaoning Province from the reform and opening-up,summarizing the developmental characteristics,which obtains the experience and the insufficiency,and its provides.This study is divided into five parts as follows:The first part explains the background and significance of this study.The second part mainly introduces the natural geographical environment,historical changes and cultural evolution of Liaoning Province.The third part systematically combs the development process of local teaching materials in Liaoning Province since the reform and opening-up.According to the background and policy of the local teaching materials,they have been divided into three stages since the reform and opening-up in Liaoning Province: the recovery stage,the prosperity stage and the merger stage.In the recovery stage,the number of local textbooks is small,the subject types are mainly geography and history,mostly at middle school stage,and mainly written by cities;patriotism and industrial culture are emphasized on the content,the textbook writing style is relatively fixed,and the quality of text and picture are inferior.As for prosperous stage,the number of local textbooks has significantly increased and the scope of disciplines has increased greatly.What' s more,comprehensive subject textbooks have appeared.The level of preparation is mainly based on the city,and the geographical distribution of textbooks relatively balanced.In the prosperous stage,the cover design of local teaching materials highlight regional characteristics and subject characteristics,the quality of text and pictures is good,the structure of teaching materials tends to be perfect,the knowledge of farming in the teaching materials is rich,and the common sense of life is orderly;give full play to the leadership and demonstration role of local heroes and model figures.As for merger stage,the number of local teaching materials tends to decrease,the subjects of teaching materials are reduced,the writing level is mainly in the city,and the geographical distribution is concentrated in Dandong and Ying kou.In the merger stage,the preparation of local teaching materials tends to be standardized,resources are used according to local conditions to promote foreign economic development,and labor technology and scientific methods are integrated into production practice.The fourth part summarizes the experience of the development of local teaching materials in Liaoning Province,including emphasizing the national spirit and culture of patriotism and the love for the countryside;paying attention to the inheritance of red culture in Liaoning Province;paying attention to the integration of local knowledge and disciplines;focusing on the old industrial infrastructure in Liaoning Province.At the same time,it summarizes the shortcomings of the development of local teaching materials: the guarantee of the construction of local teaching materials is not complete;the organization and leadership mechanism are not yet mature;the quality of teachers needs to be improved urgently;the evaluation mechanism needs to be improved.The last part is the enlightenment to the future construction of local teaching materials,that is,which is to provide legal protection for the construction of local teaching materials;pay attention to the choice of local content in teaching materials;ensure the effective implementation of local teaching materials;correctly handle the relationship correctly between local teaching materials and unified unify teaching materials.
