Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Career Development Education In Private Junior High Schools In Shenyan

Junior high school is the key stage of students' learning and development.With the deepening of China's basic education curriculum reform,the in-depth reform of the college entrance examination system and the gradual intervention of social development,the difficulties and challenges faced by junior high school education are becoming more selective and complex.Particularly,junior high school students will face the pressure and choice of careers and continuing education directly.Cultivating students' choice consciousness,development ability,professional emotion and planning has become the task and responsibility of junior high school education.Career development education focuses on the integrity and development of human life,and pays attention to the establishment of individual quality of life highly integrated with social development,and carries out career development education in junior high school,which is in line with students' physical and mental development,academic pursuit and career vision,it is an important starting point for implementing the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people in junior middle school,and an important way to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Based on the gradual expansion of the school running scale of private junior high schools in our city,the quality of school running is further improved,the strength of private education has become a powerful supplement to public education.Private junior high school is an important part of our national education,it's also an important supplement to public education,it has important practical and guiding significance for understanding the educational situation of private schools and the development of career development education.Starting from the literature analysis of junior high school career education,this study takes four private junior middle schools in our city as the survey sample using the methods of questionnaire and interview to study the current situation and existing problems of private junior middle school career development education.It is found that there are the following problems in the implementation of career development education: teachers and students lack cognition of career development education,the content of career development education is lack of systematicness and diversity,the lack of innovation in career education approaches,and the weakness of career education teachers.The main reasons are that Career development education focuses on utilitarian orientation,domestic career development education lacks policy support,Career development education lacks the basis of families,schools and social cooperation and the lack of external conditions limit the construction of career teachers.In view of the analysis above,Starting from the actual situation of private junior middle school students in our city,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to local conditions,including changing educational ideas and rejecting utilitarianism,formulating the curriculum standards of career development education and adhering to the consistent career education,enriching the implementation ways of career education and strengthening the construction of career development education teachers.Hope to solve the existing problems of private junior high school career development education fundamentally.
