The rapid development of private education in our country has played a very important role, which is a good complement and great promotion to our public education. A study conducted by Harvard University and the University of Munich, Germany scholars shows that the countries with high proportions of private schools are much better than the other countries in its overall test results. This presents the importance of private education. And private junior school graduates as a special group in the public high school, due to some differences from public junior school graduates, have met a lot of discomfort in learning and living environment. The discomfort includes low learning self-efficacy, lack of learning motivation and maladjustment in study and life, eventually leading to their learning difficulties and substantial decline in grades. The decline in performance leads to some psychological insecurity and loneliness, which has a far-reaching influence on their academic achievement and personal development. At the same time it affects our teaching quality. Many factors lead to the appearance of this kind of situation, including the simplification of the evaluation system of high school learning, the lack of learning motivation and the lack of family education and so on.The survey selected samples in a senior high school in Huaibei in 2013 enrolled students, a random sample of four classes, where there were 191 questionnaires and 185 valid questionnaires were recovered. I have there years’ observation and interviews on the students. Finally, I analyzed the problems of private junior school graduates in public high school, combined with relevant research and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and interview results, it is found that there are mainly the following reasons for the problems appearing in private junior high school students. Firstly, about personal factors, there appears academic self-efficacy and lack of learning motivation and so on. Secondly, about school factors, it is decided by the nature of high school learning and the single evaluation system. Thirdly, about family factors, the degree of parental attention is not enough and parents lack communication with their children. Therefore, we put forward some corresponding countermeasures from the students themselves, the school and the family aspects. From the students, they should learn self-control and improve the effective use of their spare time. From the schools, we can help students establish a multi evaluation system and enhance students’ academic self-efficacy. From the family, parents should change their ideas, give children emotional support, while strengthening the family and school contact.
