The application of case teaching method in the teaching of "career planning" in secondary vocational schools can first improve students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning,but also improve students' interest in learning "career planning" in secondary vocational schools.Case teaching method is helpful for students to better understand and master theoretical knowledge.Second,case teaching method to promote students' autonomous learning habit,in the secondary vocational career planning,in the process of case teaching,adhere to the people-oriented,students are the main body,students in the class have systematically the theory of knowledge,analyze the material in the classroom,the classroom at the same time actively discussed,analysis,summary,which helps to improve students' learning ability.Finally,this article from several aspects to the secondary "career planning",case teaching method is adopted to improve the corresponding analysis and to come out,secondary vocational schools in the use of case teaching is completely in line with the characteristic of the "career planning" teaching,help to improve the students' ability of understanding and solve problems and improve the activity of students' thinking,To make students become the main body of learning,further embodies the people-oriented teaching principle,is conducive to promoting the reform of communication and interaction mode,and improve the teaching effect.This paper is composed of four parts,as follows:Chapter one: Introduction.This paper discusses the background and significance of this research,explains the domestic and foreign research status of case teaching method in the teaching of "Career planning" in secondary vocational schools,and the research methods and characteristics of this paper,providing a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.Chapter two: Relevant theory overview.First,define the core concepts.Secondly,it expounds the significance of case teaching method in the teaching of "career planning" and the theoretical basis of the application of case teaching method in the teaching of "career planning" in secondary vocational schools,and fully demonstrates the importance and feasibility of case teaching method in teaching.Chapter three: the present situation of case teaching method in the teaching of "career planning" in secondary vocational schools is investigated,and the main problems and their causes are summarized.This part uses the way of questionnaire survey to explore the application effect of case teaching method in the teaching of "career planning" in secondary vocational schools and the existing practical problems in teaching.Teachers: high repetition rate of cases,low pertinence and effectiveness,teachers lack the ability to flexibly apply teaching cases in class;Students: students' participation is superficial,and their independence and autonomy are weak.The main reasons for the problems in the application of case teaching method in the teaching of "Career planning" in secondary vocational schools are as follows: the lack of high-quality case resources in the teaching of "Career Planning" in secondary vocational schools,the lack of students' learning ability in case teaching,and the school's insufficient attention to the improvement of the overall quality of teachers.Chapter four: The application of case teaching method in the teaching of career planning in secondary vocational schools.In view of the problems of case teaching method in the teaching of career planning,combined with their own teaching practice,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving teachers' awareness of choosing case teaching,stimulating students' enthusiasm to participate in case teaching,and strengthening the construction of case database of career Planning in secondary vocational schools.
