| With the rapid development of the socialist economy, countries have found theimportance of secondary education gradually. The rapid development of economy and thedevelopment of society demand high quality of the secondary vocational technical talentincreasingly. The type of talent training needs the secondary teachers having a professionalknowledge and operation skills. But, at present, the professional development of secondaryteachers is not smooth. There is not a set of complete career planning in the process ofsecondary teachers’ vocational education. The secondary teachers lack of career goal, whichnot only affects the career development, more detrimental to the development of the cause ofsecondary education.This article through forms of questionnaire, interview, reviewing and comparing themeans of the combination to study the secondary teachers’ career planning. Through theseways to understand problems of the secondary teachers’ career planning, and analyze thesubjective and objective reasons. At the last, the article puts forward some suggestions tosolve the problems and countermeasures. Thus, these one can enhance the career planningand management consciousness of the secondary teachers. In a word, the article puts forwardsome effective management advices to secondary school teachers.From the results of the study, we can realize that the secondary teachers can notcomplete the career planning by themselves. This work not only needs teachers’ help andguidance, but also needs the accurate position and good environment from our society. Theeffort of the three facts can help us to achieve the goal of the secondary teachers’ careerdevelopment, and promote the development of secondary education. |
