Research On Labor Education In New Era Universities

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference that "cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,and aesthetics",and the statement have contemporary value and practical relevance,and also put forward new tasks for universities to strengthen labor education.Therefore,taking the labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era as the topic,this paper systematically analyzes the development reality of labor education in Colleges and universities,analyzes the basic concepts of labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of Marxist theory by using the methods of literature research and historical analysis,and expounds the classical writers of Marxism and the concept of labor education of Sinicized Marxism,This paper reviews the historical changes of College Labor Education and the challenges faced by College Labor Education in the new era,and puts forward the practical path of Strengthening College Labor Education in the new era,which has certain academic significance and practical value.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methods and research innovations.The second chapter discusses the elementary theory of labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era.Firstly,it explains the relevant concepts of College Labor Education in the new era,including the connotation,main characteristics and objectives of College Labor Education in the new era.Then it focuses on the theoretical basis of labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era,including the important interpretation of Marxist classical writers and Chinese Marxism on labor education.The third chapter analyzes the historical changes of labor education in Colleges and universities,as well as the remarkable achievements and challenges of labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era.By analyzing the historical changes of labor education in Colleges and universities,this paper explores the main reasons for the weakening and dilution of labor education.While fully testing the results of labor education in Colleges and universities,we should fully understand the real situation of labor education in Colleges and universities at the current stage,so as to lay a realistic foundation for the strengthening and improvement of labor education in Colleges and universities.The fourth chapter expounds the practical path of labor education in Colleges and universities in the new era.In view of the main challenges faced by labor education in Colleges and universities,this paper explores the practical path of labor education in Colleges and universities from four aspects: improving understanding,perfecting mechanism,applying practice and scientific evaluation,so as to promote the establishment of a new pattern of labor education in Colleges and universities with characteristics.
