Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has put forward new ideas and new strategies for comprehensively governing the country according to law in the great practice of leading the country to comprehensively govern the country according to law and build a rule-of-law China.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and it is particularly important to build a legal environment in which the whole society handles affairs in accordance with the law,seeks the law in case of trouble,uses the law to solve problems,and resolves conflicts by relying on law to achieve the goal of a socialist country under the rule of law.Building a rule-of-law China requires the efforts of all members of society.Young people are the hope of the motherland and the nation,and their legal literacy is the most important "chassis" for a country under the rule of law.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the legal literacy of young people.The junior high school "morality and the rule of law" course is the main channel for the education of the rule of law for junior high school students.As an innovative practical teaching method,moot court is an important way to improve students' legal literacy.While ensuring the fun and practicality of the classroom,the moot court subtly improves the students' legal literacy and gradually attracts the attention of scholars.Therefore,this paper takes the application of moot court in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school as the research topic,and tries to analyze the characteristics and classification of moot court,the characteristics and positioning of moot court in the teaching of political class in junior high school,and the value and significance of moot court,and aiming at the problems existing in the application of moot court in junior high school "morality and rule of law" at the present stage,to explore practical and effective strategies for moot court in junior high school "morality and rule of law" class.This article consists of the following four parts:Chapter One Introduction.It mainly introduces the background and basis of this paper,sorts out the research status of similar research at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas and methods,significance and innovation points of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of the related problems of moot court in the teaching of junior high school politics.Firstly,it explains the characteristics and classification of moot court;secondly,it discusses the characteristics and target orientation of moot court in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school;Strengthen legal literacy,establish legal beliefs,innovate legal education forms,and immerse in usage.The third chapter,the current situation of the application of moot court in the teaching of junior high school politics.Using the questionnaire survey and interview methods to investigate the teachers and students of a middle school in Guangzhou and Heyuan,analyze the positive effect of the current moot court in the teaching application,and point out the existing problems,from the teaching objectives,teaching methods,cases.It analyzes the reasons from four aspects: compilation and legal practice experience,and provides a more scientific and reasonable basis for proposing optimal countermeasures.The fourth chapter is an analysis of the application strategies of moot court in the teaching of junior high school politics.This is the foothold of this paper,which is to provide practical and practical suggestions for the better application of moot court in teaching.First of all,it explores the principles that moot courts should follow in the teaching of junior high school politics.That is,the principle of pertinence,the principle of age,the principle of subjectivity,the principle of professionalism and the principle of auxiliary;secondly,the pre-class preparation strategy of moot court is explored.That is to teach the knowledge of the rule of law in textbooks,cultivate procedural awareness and the spirit of the rule of law;compile moot court cases,rooted in the real life of students;cleverly assign roles with personality colors and respect students' individual characteristics;third,explore the implementation strategies of moot court classes.That is to standardize the court trial procedure and effectively enhance the sense of reality experience;cleverly set up court debates to collide with sparks of thinking in communication;carefully use court judgments to understand the spirit of the rule of law in reflection;finally,explore innovative strategies for the after-school summary and evaluation methods of moot courts.That is to review and sort out knowledge,summarize and improve the effect;carry out multi-subject and diversified evaluation;differentiate evaluation of different simulated roles,and improve the evaluation incentive mechanism.
